On Monday, November 6, 2023 the Southold Town Planning Board gave Final Plat approval to the subdivision of the School Property. This allows Walsh Park to move forward in closing the purchase from the School.
While the next step will ultimately be to develop the 4 units to be built on the land, Walsh Park’s focus for now will be on repairs and maintenance of our existing properties. Thanks to a generous donor, we have been able to hire a full-time person who will focus on maintenance and upkeep.
