Home Ownership

The homes are sold to year-round Island residents. Owners are able to sell the homes at formula prices, which take into account capital improvements made by the owners, and with certain restrictions.

Walsh Park Land

Ownership of the land was retained by Walsh Park.

The original Peters Way properties were built in the 1990s.

We believe that the project has been a great success insofar as the majority of the original owners still reside in the houses.
