This project to purchase and develop the FI School property is in the planning stages. Walsh Park is partnering with architects Tod Williams & Billie Tsien to design attractive family housing units that fit into the character of the existing Fort Wright neighborhood in terms of scale and design.

Southold Planning Board Approves Subdivision on School Property
While the next step will ultimately be to develop the 4 units to be built on the land, Walsh Park’s focus for now will be on repairs and maintenance of our existing properties.
